Established as a result of the merger of Elite.im (including Wi-Manx) and IT Works Limited (including IOM and Malta Cloud) in December 2021; Elite Group IT is headquartered in the Isle of Man. Reporting to the Head of Commercial Operations, the Business Development Manager plays a critical role in finding and attracting new customers. The primary goal is to identify new business opportunities within the Isle of Man to grow the sales pipeline to ultimately covert into sales. Acting as a brand ambassador you will actively promote Elite Group IT within the business community, building strong relationships with potential customers.
As a Customer Experience Agent at Elite Group IT, you will be instrumental in ensuring an excellent customer experience. You will serve as the first point of contact for customers, ensuring positive customer outcomes, with a focus on customer onboarding, basic troubleshooting, and general accounts queries.
