After an initial technical assessment and discussion with the team at B&B Furniture, Elite Group IT Account Manager Danny Hands identified their current telephony system was outdated and offered limited functionality. It was clear that B&B furniture would benefit from improved connectivity and an advanced phone system to support effective communications with their valued customers.
